SHIPPING

  • Flat rate shipping - $10 within Australia (aprox 7 - 10 days) 
  • Express shipping - $15 within Australia (aprox 2- 5 days)
  • There may be delays with shipping due to COVID
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you on fulfilment of your order
  • Standard shipping will be posted 1-3 full business days from order date
  • Parcels will be sent Monday -Friday excluding public holidays
  • NVyes will not be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier
  • Shipping fees are not refundable

RETURNS 

By purchasing from NVyes you accept the terms and conditions at checkout. NVyes reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

  • We offer refunds on FULL PRICED ITEMS only with all claims lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel. 
  • Final sale items are not valid for return
  • All return claims need to be lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
  • NVyes will not refund or exchange on any item that is deemed to be damaged or altered after purchase, misused, worn and not in original shipped condition. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED, BE FREE OF MAKEUP AND SOILING, BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION (OTHERWISE RETURN IS VOID) AND BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF OUR LODGEMENT APPROVAL. Claims outside this period are not valid.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS 

  • We offer refunds on FULL PRICED ITEMS lodged within 7 days of receipt of parcel. 
  • Sale items are not valid for refund or credit.
  • Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for a credit as per returns process.
  • NVyes reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. All goods are your responsibility until they reach us so please use (and keep) tracking on your parcel. Postage costs for returns is at your expense except in cases where NVyes have made an error.
  • Please allow 2 business days for us to process credit/refund and note all refunds will be placed back onto the payment method you originally made payment with. Normal banking timelines will apply and funds may take a few days to appear in your account.
